	Penetrating Sealer Description: Natural-look, below-surface sealer designed to resist stains. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 1 hour prior to grouting. Allows moisture vapor transmission. Uses: Recommended for use on porous tile, natural stone and masonry. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications. Expected Wear: Expected wear is up to 5 years.
	Pro-Solv 10 Description: Premium, no-sheen, natural-look penetrating sealer formulated to provide excellent stain protection, especially in food preparation and serving areas. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 6 hours prior to grouting. Allows moisture vapor transmission. It is also an excellent grout sealer. Uses: Recommended for use on marble, other natural stone, quarry, saltillo, terra cotta, porcelain, cement pavers and masonry. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications. Expected Wear: Expected wear is up to 10 years.
	Sealer's Choice 15 Gold Description: Premium, no-sheen, natural-look, water-based penetrating sealer formulated to provide maximum stain protection, especially in food preparation and serving areas. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 1 hour prior to grouting. Allows moisture vapor transmission. It is also an excellent grout sealer. Uses: Recommended for use on natural stone surfaces such as polished and unpolished marble, natural stone, quarry, porcelain, grout, saltillo, terra cotta, cement pavers and masonry. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications. Expected Wear: Expected wear is up to 15 years.
	Seal and Finish Low Shean Description: Specially formulated water-based blend of acrylic polymers that provides both a stain resistant surface seal and a durable low-sheen finish eliminating conventional two-step methods. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 2 hours prior to grouting. Allows moisture vapor transmission and is not affected by ultra-violet light. Uses: Recommended for use on porous surfaces such as saltillo, terra cotta, adobe, slate, flagstone, sandstone and quarry tile. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications. Expected Wear: Expected wear is up to 3 years.
	Saltillo Seal & Finish Description: Specially formulated water-based blend of acrylic polymers that provides both a stain resistant surface seal and a durable high-gloss finish eliminating conventional two-step methods. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 2 hours prior to grouting. Allows moisture vapor transmission and is not affected by ultra-violet light. Uses: Recommended for use on saltillo, terra cotta and adobe tile. Recommended for interior applications only. Expected Wear: Expected wear is up to 3 years.
	Grout Sealer Description: Water-based sealer that resists water, oil and acid-based contaminants. Simplifies maintenance and does not change the appearance of the grout. Allows moisture vapor transmission. Uses: Recommended for use on cementitious sanded and unsanded grout joints for ceramic tile installations. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications. Expected Wear: Expected wear is up to 5 years.
